Training Levels


Elite Endurance Training Systems embraces "periodization." In the beginning of the year, or when returning to training, the athlete should schedule events for the calendar year and mark two or three "A" priority events. Periodization involves distinctly different blocks of specialized training, resulting in a "peak" of fitness and the best form of your life.

Athletes complete assigned workouts, then e-mail the ride data to Coach@EliteEndurance.com. Examples of daily "ride data" include HR graphs, power files, or a summary of the ride, describing perceived effort, etc. All clients have individual training logs in the Elite Endurance database, where all data is carefully monitored and tracked.

Every athlete is different, and not one training program is the same. Train smart, and we will find maximal improvements, enabling you to reach 100% of your potential.

ELITE ENDURANCE TRAINING SYSTEM "LEVELS"

(1) Weekly training loads, daily review of data, unlimited daily feedback. $150/month.

(2) Weekly training loads, daily review of data, weekly feedback. $100/month.

(3) Two-week training loads, daily review of data, weekly feedback. $75/month.

Annual and 6-month plans available at reduced rates.
